The Totim Racing Custom Foam Seat Insert Kit – 90 × 50 cm is the larger of two lumbar support kits designed to improve driver comfort and seating ergonomics without a full seat mold. Compact yet generous in coverage, this insert is ideal for racers who need more substantial padding behind the lower back or between the driver and seat shell.

Packaged in a sealed, FIA-certified fire-resistant bag, the kit uses the same two-part expanding foam as Totim's full-size inserts — providing a mess-free, tool-free way to fine-tune your cockpit fit. Activation is simple: knead the pouch to mix the foam, place it where support is needed, and let it expand and cure in under an hour. Once hardened, the insert can be easily trimmed to contour perfectly with your seat and belts.
