The Brey Krause R-9042 Installation Kit is necessary for installing Brey Krause R-9080 & R-9081 Side Mount Brackets to the floor of Porsche 996/997/Boxster/Cayman models. These brackets allow for the direct mounting of Porsche GT3 seats to the floor of the vehicle (with no slider) to increase head room for tall drivers.
