Brey Krause R-1246 Rear Harness Mount Kit - BMW E46
The Brey Krause Model R-1246 Rear Harness Mount provides a different approach to mounting your shoulder harnesses. By using the existing back seat shoulder mount points, front shoulder harnesses can clip in and out of the factory rear deck in seconds. Better yet, these keep the factory rear-seat belts in place so the back seat is still usable. Note: Longer shoulder harnesses are required (30-40").

Note: The R-1246 requires longer shoulder harness belt runs than our other harness mounting solutions. Only use the R-1246 in combination with harnesses where the harness manufacturer approves of running the belts 30-40" (depending on seat position) from shoulders to the harness mount points. Not recommended for drivers with seats in extremely forward positions (close to steering wheel), as harnesses may not be long enough to reach.
Note: The R-1246 is not compatible with our seat back support. Do not use in applications where a seat back support is required. If a seat back support is desired, the R-1202 (E46 harness bar) allows for the use of a seat back support (R-9020).
